The first lightboard arrived not working, one email message, and a replacement was sent out straight away, can't get better than that!
Having done quite a few without the lightboard, I can honestly say that it is worth every penny, makes things so much clearer and easier, I'd recommend everyone to get one, especially at the price they charge, a real quality piece of kit.

I purchased a complete set for my granddaughter and she just loves it. She is eight years old and loves working on her picture. I am so glad I purchased the light box. It made the painting experience so much easier. I am able to complete a section of the canvas much faster. Is don’t have to sit by a light source to complete a section of the diamond painting without straining my eyes.I am able to. Complete a section without having to wear my glasses.I would recommend any one who is serious about doing diamond painting to purchase a light tablet. It is so thin and doesn’t take up much room. There are three levels of brightness and you can. House which level,of brightness you desire even on the darkest portion of your picture. Everyone should purchase a light table it is worth the price.
