Missing Diamonds

I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE DIAMONDS THAT I REQUESTED. I CAN'T FINISH MY PAINTING WITHOUT THEM.

I have finished the painting that I order, but I am still waiting for the diamonds that were not included in the order. I received my order on 9/28/21 and sent the information they needed to send the missing diamonds on 9/29/21. I sent an email on 10/11/21 asking when I should received the missing diamonds and I have yet to receive them. I am very upset regarding this as this was a special order and was for a gift and I am still waiting.

Had an issue with delivery because of my address change, totally my fault, but customer service handled it so well! I was very impressed and it was finally delivered so I can finish my amazing painting! Thank you guys so much I really appreciate all the help!

Received the package and was thrilled to be able to finish "Wolves/Dreamcatcher" in time for my friend's BIRTHDAY!

The "Wolf" DP is a Birthday present for a dear friend and I hope she loves it. BUT, I have noticed that some of the "diamonds" lift or fall out when moving the picture! I hope this doesn't happen after I give it to my friend. That would not be good!

Love making this for my friends. They really enjoy it. Appreciate the time and effort I put in to finish it. Thank you for such a beautiful craft. Would like to see a little wider variety for landscapes, and different animals. Also would interesting to have more variety of people doing different tasks.

I received the Kit but was missing some of the Diamonds. After several requests for the replacements I did receive the Diamonds. I have finished the EAGLE ON MOON and Love it. I plan on Framing it and hanging in my home. I will also order more Kits in the Future. It is very relaxing and hard to walk away from. Thanks you for such wonderful Kits.

I really like the diamond art that I purchased. There are missing diamonds that I requested over a month ago and I have not yet received those. When can I expect them?

this is of my 5 beautiful boys I’ve ordered 1 of the girls both in rounds and both 50 x 70 as I’m in wheelchair these are my relaxation and when I’m stuck in my bed with pain I do them just love love love them

I love the photo however I was missing diamonds and ordered twice... which second time had to pay for them. Still did not receive them. Which is holding me up from finishing my gift. Thank you Michele

This project helped me relax and very satisfied with the finished product. Other than not getting one bag of the color needed, I was able to use a similar color closest to it to finish it. I did order it but it never arrived. I will do this again because I gave it to my brother for his 20th anniversary and he loved it.

I was missing a color for my last painting & did everything required (see follow up) to get the missing diamonds (I even got an email confirming that I did it correct). The painting was a Christmas gift & I never received the diamonds, I had to look at the area & guess what I could use there. I love your product but I am very disappointed that no effort was made to get my diamonds to me in a timely manor (it was only 1 packet). I have received 3 paintings from you & this is the 1st thing I have had a problem with. I really hope you figure out a way to correct this problem when people are missing diamonds. I love all of my paintings I received what I’m having a problem with is the four paintings I received I only received 2 containers I should’ve had Two more containers for the other two paintings can somebody help me with this problem so I can resolve it they are Christmas gifts I appreciate an answer thank you again Miss Tyson

I'm working on my Jesus portrait as a Christmas gift. A color was completely missing and I ordered it and hope I get it in time to give the gift to a friend. It's fun working on it.

I like my wolf dreamcatcher but I wish they would have just sent me my diamonds because some of the areas are hard to read I'm what color they take cuz they put it's a light color and put a light symbol in there and you can't hardly see it some you can't make out at all

I have not received the #310 missing diamonds. Not happy with that. Too slow of the mail. Won't do it again.

First I would say anybody who orders a kit must check it immediately for missing diamonds because you only have 10 days to put a claim in which I did not see in any of the instructions and she bought it as a gift and did not give it to the person until after the time limit. As of 7/26 we have not received the missing diamonds. We received the picture order in May and were told the tools would be coming separately. Secondly we ordered the tool package which we paid the shipping, and just received them last week. I will say Kathy Dean was a big help through all of this, but we have kind of given up on getting the missing diamonds and I am sorry to say when we order our next painting we will probably try another company.

I'm still waiting for the missing diamonds that are yet to be delivered to me so I can finish my diomond painting 2 months on they still haven't yet arrived I'm very disappointed to say the least!!!!!!

Love this diamond painting only thing is took forever to get here and then there was some drills missing and I had to wait on them which equally forever to receive.

I order mine in Nov 2019 and still don't have it,,,and it will be January 2020 and still won't have it ..so how could I do a review on it...so if you know can send it to me....plus I order other things with it...

My daughter got this for Christmas and loves working on it.

I love doing them its relaxing and now im addicted to them. The only problem i have had is i got 1 that the diamonds were not the ones i needed and the color guide was 2 different ones and when i requested the right diamonds i never have got them.

I loved doing my diamond painting kits, which I received in April, but I will not be purchasing anymore from free diamond painting, only because they will not replace missing diamonds because it is past the 10 days after receipt of items, they seem to have forgotten that I did order 4 kits, and this was the last kit that I ordered, I will not purchase diamonds that I feel should be sent to me, so I will finish the kit the best way that I can.

Loved doing my custom painting the only thing is that never received my replacement diamonds for the color I needed I had to find a some what similar color to the one I was missing in order to finish my painting I am just happy that I had a bunch of other spare colors from previous paintings I had done but other then that it is always fun to do custom diamond art paintings

I loved doing the project. The color combination is awesome. Didn't have enough of one particular diamond, did request missing diamond. Never got my replacement. Just winged the last of it with my left over diamond from other projects.

So much fun an relaxing to create. This is my 3rd one. 4 more kits coming. Can't b wait

To finish this I had to request more diamonds - some because they were missing and some because I couldn’t find where I had put them. The company replaced them very quickly for me and were so helpful. I am really hooked on this now. Just finished one from my own picture and it is great! xx

I started buying Diamond Painting enjoy doing them so much. My brother, niece have started ordering them and enjoy doing them also. It is a great pass time and they are beautiful when completed. Just saying once you do one you will continue to ordering them.

The missing diamond drills arrived very quickly so I could finish my project. Thank you so much for responding and sending out the drills I needed.

I love diamond painting for alot of reasons...its very easy to read the legend and place the stones correctly and to see thepicture come to life...it has also helped me cut down on smoking and calms my anxiety! I would recommend this craft for everyone of all ages...i have my friends and family loving this craft also... my favorite thing is the kit comes with everything you need to complete the project. Now i just need frames for all 4 that i have completed so far!
